What can I pick?

Apple picking is available from the second week of September until the end of October. Larger crowds may cause the orchards to be picked out sooner. We do not offer any other fruit for picking.

Are Dogs allowed?

Dogs are allowed in the picnic areas at both locations as long as they are well behaved, cleaned up after, & on a leash. If another guest complains about your dog's behavior you may be asked to leave or put the dog in the car.

DOGS ARE NOT ALLOWED IN THE ORCHARD FOR APPLE PICKING. If you plan on coming to visit with your dog and also apple pick, they will have to wait with a family member or in the car while you are picking.

Cash or Card?

Our Aquebogue location accepts both cash & card.

Our Jamesport location only accepts cards at the bar. Any baked goods, doughnuts, or u-pick bags from the farm stand are cash only.

Can I / Do i need to make a reservation?

We do not take reservations, all seating is first come first serve. Seating availability is typically only an issue on the weekends in September & October.

Busses and limos are welcome as long as the parking lot has space for them, otherwise, they will be turned away like any other car.

Why don’t we sell by the pound?

Prepackaging provides quicker service during our busy times.

Why are only 2 varieties offered for U-Pick per weekend?

Not all varieties ripen at the same time. We want to ensure that there are plenty of apples for our guests throughout the season. New sections are opened up each weekend.

Why aren’t certain Varieties offered for picking?

Certain varieties are fruit tip bearing trees that can be easily damaged and affect the following year's crops.

It takes about 20 minutes to reach us from the end of the expressway.

How far from the end of the expressway is the orchard?

Throughout the season apple variety availability changes at each location. Both locations have the same baked goods and sweets. check our U-Pick page to see whats currently being picked.

Are the same items offered at both locations?
